A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road:—

1 3 25 Part Whangarei Harbour Endowment; coloured purple.
0 0 16 Part land below mean high-water mark, Whangarei Harbour; coloured purple.
0 2 13 Part Allotment 389, Town of Grahamtown; coloured red.
Situated in Block XIII, Whangarei Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 22065.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 112434, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of May, 1942.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 1 acre 1 rood 39·2 perches.
Being part Section 11; coloured orange.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 2 roods 15 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Section 40 and parts Sections 8 and 11; coloured green.
All situated in Block II, Huiroa Survey District (Taranaki R.D.). (S.O. 7963.)
All in the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 113871, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
