CORRIGENDUM.

Wellington, 8th May, 1942.
IN the Order in Council dated 18th March, 1942, and published in New Zealand Gazette, 1942, page 721, authorizing the Hutt Valley Electric-power Board to erect, maintain, and use electric lines within the Hutt Valley Electric-power District, for the charge “1s. 2d. per unit” in the last paragraph of clause 4 of the First Schedule read “½d. per unit.”

Additional Land at Windermere taken for the Purposes of the Hurunui-Waitaki Railway, and for Road-diversion in connection therewith.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Hurunui-Waitaki Railway to take further land at Windermere in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway, and to take land for road-diversion in connection therewith : Now, therefore, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

FOR RAILWAY.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land :—
A. R. P.
0 0 8 Part Reserve 1782; coloured blue.
1 2 30 Part road; coloured green.
FOR ROAD-DIVERSION.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 1 acre 2 roods 32 perches.
Part Reserve 1782; coloured sepia.
Situated in Block VII, Hinds Survey District, County of Ashburton. (S.O. 7455.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 6877, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of May, 1942.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and section one hundred and seventy of the Coal-mines Act, 1925, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for purposes incidental to coal-mining operations (sites for dwellinghouses); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres 1 rood 20 perches.
Being Section 16.
Situated in Block X, Mapara Survey District (Taranaki R.D.). (S.O. 5357.)
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. (13231, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of April, 1942.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and section thirty-two of the Statutes Amendment Act, 1936, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.
