NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of the Regulations Act, 1936, of the making of regulations and orders as under:—

Notice requiring Returns of Stocks of Rubber Hot-water Bags.

PURSUANT to Regulation 6 of the Medical Supplies Emergency Regulations 1939, I, Michael Herbert Watt, Medical Supplies Controller, do hereby give notice as under:—

  1. This Notice may be cited as the Medical Supplies Notice 1942, No. 5.

  2. Every person who owns or has in his possession or controls supplies for sale either by wholesale or retail any of the goods named in the Schedule hereto shall declare, by writing delivered to me at the Head Office in Wellington of the Department of Health within seven days after the date of publication of this Notice in the Gazette, the respective sizes and the number of each respective size (to be separately stated in respect of each of the items set out in the said Schedule) of the said goods so owned or had in possession or controlled.

SCHEDULE.

  1. Rubber hot-water bags, moulded.
  2. Rubber hot-water bags, fabricated.

Dated at Wellington, this 1st day of May, 1942.
