Appointment of Rationing Controller.

IN exercise of all the powers and authorities conferred by the Supply Control Emergency Regulations 1939, I, Daniel Giles Sullivan, Minister of Supply and Munitions, do hereby appoint

James Ewing Thomas

to be Rationing Controller for the purpose of the Rationing Emergency Regulations 1942.
