A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-seventh day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 37·2 perches.

Adjoining part Lot 1, D.P. 3159, being part Section 99, Waitara West District.

Situated in Block III, Paritutu Survey District. (S.O. 7887.)

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 108650, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation taking Land for Road in Blocks V and VI, Wairoa Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the eleventh day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 30 of the nineteenth day of the same month at page 719, taking land for road in Blocks V and VI, Wairoa Survey District, as affects the area of 1 rood 3·57 perches referred to in the Schedule to the said Proclamation.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of April, 1942.
