Block Eleven (XI), on map of the said district, and being the whole of the land included in Certificate of Title, Dunedin Register-book, Volume 94, folio 167 ; secondly, all that piece of land situate in the Tokomairiro District containing seven acres and thirteen and seven-tenths poles (7 acres 0 roods 13·7 poles), being Allotments Ninety-three A (93A) and Ninety-four A (94A) on plan deposited in the Lands Registry Office at Dunedin as No. 259, and being also parts of Sections Ninety-three (93) and Ninety-four (94), Block Eleven (XI), on the map of the said district, and also part of Section Ninety-eight (98) and another part of the said Section Ninety-three (93), Block Eleven (XI) aforesaid, delineated on the said public map, the said part of Section Ninety-three (93) being more particularly shown and coloured blue on the said plan deposited as aforesaid as No. 259, the said part of Section Ninety-eight (98) contained herein is more particularly shown on the plan deposited in the Lands Registry Office as No. 364, being the whole of the land included in Certificate of Title, Volume 104, folio 217 ; and, thirdly, all that piece of land situate in the Tokomairiro District containing ten acres one rood and thirty-two poles (10 acres 1 rood 32 poles), being part of Section Ninety-eight (98), Block Eleven (XI), on the map of the said district, and being the whole of the land included in Certificate of Title, Volume 114, folio 62" ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern side of portion of Sunny Avenue (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.

SCHEDULE.
The southern side of all that portion of road situated in the Otago Land District, County of Bruce, known as Sunny Avenue, fronting part Section 98 (Deposited Plans 182, 364, and 977), Block XI, Tokomairiro Survey District, Lot 1, Deposited Plan 977, part Section 98, Block XI, Tokomairiro Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 113629, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Extending Time for holding Election of Commissioner for Glen Eden Town District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 15th day of April, 1942.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS pursuant to the Town Boards Act, 1908, and the Local Elections and Polls Act, 1925, an election of one Commissioner for the Glen Eden Town District is required to be held on Saturday, the eighteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two :
And whereas it is desirable to extend the time for holding the said election :
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section seventy-one of the Local Elections and Polls Act, 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby declare that the said election shall be held and take place on Saturday, the second day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.

Land permanently reserved in the Westland Land District.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-fifty-ninth section of the Land Act, 1924, it is enacted that the Governor-General may from time to time set apart temporarily as reserves, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned ;
And whereas by the three-hundred-and-sixtieth section of the said Act it is provided that land temporarily reserved under the said three-hundred-and-fifty-ninth section may, at the expiration of one month, but not later than six months, after the publication in the Gazette of notice of such temporary reservation, be permanently reserved, and that notice of such permanent reservation shall be published in the Gazette.
And whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto was, by the Warrant dated the third day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two, and published in the Gazette of the twelfth day of that month, temporarily reserved under the authority of the said Act for the purpose of a rifle range.
Now, therefore, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby permanently reserve the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purpose of a rifle range, for which purpose the said land was so temporarily reserved as aforesaid.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 4 acres 2 roods 8·7 perches, more or less, being Reserve 1818 (formerly closed road), situated in Block XIV, Kaniere Survey District. (S.O. plan 4132.)
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 14th day of April, 1942.
