Notification of Vacancy of Seat in the House of Representatives
for the Electoral District of Temuka.
IN compliance with the provisions of section 103 of the
Electoral Act, 1927, I, William Edward Barnard,
Speaker of the House of Representatives of New Zealand,
hereby notify that Thomas David Burnett, a member of
the House of Representatives for the Electoral District of
Temuka, died on the 30th day of November, 1941, during
a recess of the House, and that the said seat in the House of
Representatives for the said Electoral District is vacant by
reason of such death.
Dated at Napier, the 6th day of December, 1941.

Notification of Vacancy of Seat in the House of Representatives
for the Electoral District of Hauraki.
IN compliance with the provisions of section 103 of the
Electoral Act, 1927, I, William Edward Barnard,
Speaker of the House of Representatives of New Zealand,
hereby notify that John Manchester Allen, a member of the
House of Representatives for the Electoral District of Hauraki,
died on the 28th day of November, 1941, during a recess of
the House, and that the said seat in the House of Representa-
tives for the said Electoral District is vacant by reason of
such death.
Dated at Napier, the 22nd day of December, 1941.

for the Electoral District of Mid-Canterbury.
IN compliance with the provisions of section 103 of the
Electoral Act, 1927, I, William Edward Barnard,
Speaker of the House of Representatives of New Zealand,
hereby notify that Arthur Nattie Grigg, a member of the
House of Representatives for the Electoral District of Mid-
Canterbury, died on the 29th day of November, 1941, during
a recess of the House, and that the said seat in the House of
Representatives for the said Electoral District is vacant by
reason of such death.
