Land acquired for a Permanent State Forest.

Wellington, 8th April, 1942.

NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act, 1921–22, for the purposes of a permanent State forest.

SCHEDULE.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT.—NELSON CONSERVANCY.

ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, Waimea County, containing 868 acres 3 roods 22 perches, more or less, and being Sections 35 and 39, Block IV, and Sections 31 and 34, Block VIII, Wai-iti Survey District (certificate of title, Vol. 47, folio 233). As the same is delineated on plan No. 108/45, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

NOTICE is hereby given that WILLIAM LEONARD TATE, of New Plymouth, Labourer, was this day adjudged bankrupt; and I hereby summon a meeting of creditors to be held at my office at the Courthouse, New Plymouth, on Wednesday, the 15th day of April, 1942, at 10.15 o’clock a.m. Dated at New Plymouth, this 2nd day of April, 1942.
