A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the the pieces of land proclaimed as road:—
A. R. P. Being
0 0 16·2 Part Section 16 (D.P. 825); coloured orange.
0 0 38 Part Section 20 (D.P. 825); coloured sepia.
0 0 33·4 Part Section 22 (D.P. 825); coloured blue.
12 2 23·23 Crown land, being part Section 3 of land allocated to the Wellington and Manawatu Railway Company, Limited; coloured red.
0 1 14·26 Part Tuwhakatupua No. 1a Block; coloured blue.
Situated in Block I, Arawaru Survey District. (S.O. 20742.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 113675, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of March, 1942.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Situated in Block III, Omona Survey District (Taranaki R.D.). (S.O. 7903.)
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 110086, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of April, 1942.
