The National Service Emergency Regulations 1940.—Appointment of Deputy Member of an Armed Forces Appeal Board.

HIS Excellency the Governor-General, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the National Service Emergency Regulations 1940, has been pleased to appoint

Charles Stephen Morris, of Auckland,

to be a Deputy Member of No. 1 Armed Forces Appeal Board with headquarters at Auckland, the said Charles Stephen Morris to hold and exercise the duties of office during pleasure.

to be members of the Mining Assessment Court to hear and determine the objection lodged by the Austral New Zealand Mining Company, Limited, to the rateable value assigned to the mining property held by the said company in the Clutha Riding of the County of Vincent.
