Peter McCormack, and
Edward August Gibb

to be the Waiho Gorge Domain Board, having control of the
land described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby
appoint Saturday, the twenty-eighth day of March, one
thousand nine hundred and forty-two, at eight o'clock p.m., as
the time when, and the Guide Thompson Memorial Hall, Waiho
Gorge, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall
be held.

SCHEDULE.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.—WAIHO GORGE DOMAIN.

RESERVE 1015, Block XI, Waiho Survey District : Area,
37 acres 1 rood 33 poles, more or less.

Reserve 1809 (formerly Section 867), Block XI, Waiho
Survey District : Area, 2 roods, more or less.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 25th day of
March, 1942.

Present :

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains,
and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

Charles McKenzie,
Angus McKenzie,
Lindo Blair McKenzie,
Ian Charles Lindsay,
Richard Alexander Stewart,
David Teviotdale, and
Thomas Poole Johnstone

to be the Calcium Domain Board, having control of the land
described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby appoint
Wednesday, the fifteenth day of April, one thousand nine
hundred and forty-two, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time
when, and the Calcium Hall, as the place where, the first
meeting of the Board shall be held.

Cancelling the Vesting of Part of a Reserve in the Ashburton
County Council.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 25th day of
March, 1942.

Present :

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is
part of a reserve for gravel-pit purposes, and is
vested in the Ashburton County Council :

And whereas it is expedient that the vesting of the said
land as hereinbefore referred to should be cancelled, and the
Ashburton County Council has duly consented to such can-
cellation :

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by subsection one of section ten of the
Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928,
doth hereby cancel the vesting in the Ashburton County
Council of the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area containing 1 acre 1 rood 26 perches, more or
less, being part Reserve 2103, Block V, Hinds Survey District,
and bounded as follows : Towards the west, north, and east
by Rural Section 35875, 145-1 links, 500-0 links, and 419-8
links respectively, and towards the south-west by other part
of Reserve 2103, 570-5 links. As the same is more particu-
larly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/5/292,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and
Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Cancelling the Reservation over a Reserve in Town of West
Clive, Hawke's Bay Land District.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section
seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks
Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby cancel the reservation for police-station purposes
over the land described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth
hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown,
is Crown Land available for disposal under the Land Act,
1924.

HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT.

SECTION 63, Town of West Clive : Area, 2 roods 22 perches,
more or less.

Cancelling the Reservation over a Reserve in Woodland Survey
District, Otago Land District.

Present :

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section
seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks
Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby cancel the reservation for a pilot and signal
station over the land described in the Schedule hereto ;
and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested
in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the
Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.

SECTION 13, Block I, Woodland Survey District : Area,
38 acres 1 rood, more or less.
