A PROCLAMATION.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis
Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of
street described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of street closed : 3-61 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Lot 1, D.P. 5221, being part
Section 391, Town of Wellington.
Situated in Block VII, Port Nicholson Survey District.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 113288,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of
March, 1942.

Crown Land set apart for a Gravel-pit in Block XXI, Shotover
Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in
this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and
declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby set apart for a gravel-pit ; and I do also hereby declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
thirtieth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-
two.

Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of
March, 1942.

vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in
this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare
the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land
subject to the Land Act, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by sub-
section nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924,
I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that from and after the date hereof the land comprised in
the piece of closed street described in the First Schedule
hereto, being land adjoining the water-supply reserve
described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to
be added to the said reserve.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.
RESERVE 1821, situated in Runanga Village Settlement,
Borough of Runanga : Area, 36-7 perches.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.
RESERVE 1814, Runanga Borough : Area, 29-9 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of
March, 1942.
