RESOLUTION MAKING BRIDGE RATE.
——
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, the
Hobson County Council hereby resolves by way of special
order as follows :—
“ That, for the purpose of either (a) building up a fund
to which can be charged the cost of reconstruction of bridges
exceeding 20 ft. in span on roads under the jurisdiction of
the Hobson County Council, or (b) for the purpose of pro-
viding the annual interest and other charges on any loan
or loans raised pursuant to section 25 of the Local Bodies’
Loans Act, 1925, for the reconstruction of such bridges, the
Hobson County Council hereby makes and levies a special
rate, to be called the Hobson County Bridge Rate, of one
halfpenny (½d.) in the pound upon the rateable unimproved
value of all rateable property comprising the whole of the
County of Hobson ; and that such special rate shall be an
annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan or
loans and be payable yearly on the 31st day of October
in each and every year during the currency of such loan or
loans or until such loan or loans are fully paid off.”

(1) To consider the liquidator’s account showing how the
winding up has been conducted and the property of the
company has been disposed of.
(2) To pass an extraordinary resolution determining the
manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of
the company and of the liquidator shall be disposed of.
