Land taken for Defence Purposes in Block III, Waimea Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for defence purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the ninth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 roods 14 perches.
Being part Section 86 (D.P. 599), Suburban South District.
Situated in Block III, Waimea Survey District (Nelson R.D.). (S.O. 9281.)
In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 113370, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of February, 1942.

Land taken for a Public School in Block XII, Aongatete Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the ninth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 4 acres 0 roods 20 perches.
Being part Whakamarama 1c 1A No. 5 Block.
Situated in Block XII, Aongatete Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30546.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 109321, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of February, 1942.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a gravel-pit; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the ninth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.
