DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership of Banks Bros., Builders, which was carried on for many years by George Ellis Banks, Alfred Banks, and Cyril George Banks, at 33 Mays Road, Papanui, was dissolved on the 17th June, 1941, in consequence of the death of George Ellis Banks which occurred on that day. The partnership of Banks Bros., Builders, which was carried on at the same address from the 17th June, 1941, by Alfred Banks and Cyril George Banks was dissolved by mutual consent on the 31st October, 1941.
