Notice to Persons affected by an Application for a License under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.

Manufacture for Sale of Footwear.

AN application has been received from B. Facoory, 30 Commercial Road, Auckland, for a license to commence to carry on the above industry to the extent of manufacturing men's and children's footwear by the cemented process.

Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau of Industry on this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish them in writing not later than the 22nd January, 1942.
