Additional Land at Greymouth taken for the Purposes of the Greymouth-Hokitika Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Greymouth-Hokitika Railway to take further land at Greymouth in addition to land previously acquired for the purpose of the said railway :
Now, therefore, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land :—
A. R. P.
0 1 0 Part Reserve 50, Town of Greymouth; coloured blue.
3 1 8·8 Part Reserve 50, Town of Greymouth; coloured orange.
Situated in Block XII, Greymouth Survey District, Borough of Greymouth. (S.O. 4297.)
In the Westland Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 6793, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of February, 1942.

Additional Land taken for a Post-office in the City of Christchurch.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a post-office; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-third day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 15·6 perches. Being Lot 1, D.P. 5461, being parts Town Sections 985 and 986. Situated in City of Christchurch (Canterbury R.D.). In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 113435, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of February, 1942.

Additional Land taken for the Development of Water Power (Ngongotaha Substation) in Block XVI, Rotorua Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water power; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the nineteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 1 rood 14 perches. Being Lot 27, D.P. 7530, being part Section 27, Suburbs of Ngongotaha. Situated in Block XVI, Rotorua Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 31368.) In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111092, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of February, 1942.
