of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the tenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, viz. :-
"The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of the northern side of Sydney Street West adjoining T.A.’s 523, 524, 525, and part 526, being the land comprised in Certificates of Title, 21/245, 11/63, 9/268, 401/32, 401/31, 289/292, 59/231, 56/93, 23/187, 23/185, 78/157, 80/18, 351/251, 351/249, 351/246, 486/172, 351/247, 427/103."

SCHEDULE.
THE northern side of all that portion of street situated in the City of Wellington, known as Sydney Street West, fronting Sections 523, 524, and 525, and part Section 526, Town of Wellington. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 113201, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.

The South-western Side of Portion of the Dunedin–Harrington Point Main Highway, and the Northern and Western Sides of Portion of the Dunedin–Portobello Main Highway, in the County of Peninsula, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolutions passed by the Main Highways Board and the Peninsula County Council on the seventeenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, and on the twenty-second day of January, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two, respectively, viz. :-
"The Main Highways Board, being the authority having control of the Dunedin–Harrington Point Main Highway, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the south-western side of portion of the above highway fronting part Section 37, Block VII, Portobello Survey District ";
"That the Peninsula County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the County of Peninsula, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the northern and western sides of portion of the Dunedin–Portobello Main Highway fronting part Section 37, Block VII, Portobello Survey District ";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-western side of the portion of the Dunedin–Harrington Point Main Highway or on the land fronting the northern and western sides of the portion of the Dunedin–Portobello Main Highway (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of roads.

THE south-western side of all that portion of the Dunedin–Harrington Point Main Highway, situated in the Otago Land District, County of Peninsula, fronting parts Section 37, Block VII, D.P. 3094, Portobello Survey District.
Also the northern and western sides of all that portion of the Dunedin–Portobello Main Highway, situated in the said land district and county, fronting parts Section 37, Block VII, D.P. 3094, Portobello Survey District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 112985, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Waimea County Council on the tenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, viz. :-
"The Waimea County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the County of Waimea, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the north-western portion of public road adjoining parts of Section 16, Square 9, Block XII, Kaiteriteri Survey District, and contained in Certificate of Title, Volume 73, folio 230 ";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-western side of the portions of an unnamed road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said portions of road.

"That the Blenheim Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of Blenheim, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the south-eastern side of Percy Street and the north-western side of Maxwell Road, fronting subdivision of Allotment 3 (D.P. 3), being part Section 4, District of Omaka, Borough of Blenheim, and contained in Certificate of Title, Volume 1, folio 53 ";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of portion of Percy Street and the north-western side of portion of Maxwell Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said portions of streets.
