A PROCLAMATION. A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for defence purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two. IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.

Situated in Block XV, Rangitoto Survey District. (S.O. 20838.) 0 0 28 Part Taraire 2v 1 Block; coloured yellow.
0 0 8·6 Part Taraire 2v 3A Block; coloured sepia.
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 112938, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange. 0 0 2 Part Taraire 2v 3B 1 Block; coloured blue, edged blue.
0 0 0·6 Part Taraire 2v 3B 2 Block; coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of February, 1942. Situated in Block XV, Omapere Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 27245.)

                                                                                          In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111894, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
