Additional Land between Para and Tuamarina taken for the Purposes of the Picton-Hurunui Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Picton-Hurunui Railway to take further land between Para and Tuamarina in addition to land previously acquired for the purpose of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

Situated in Blocks III and VII, Cloudy Bay Survey District, Marlborough County. (S.O. 3752.)
In the Marlborough Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 6777, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of January, 1942.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the ninth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 0 roods 25 perches.
Being part Section 27.
Situated in Block I, Hillend Survey District (Otago R.D.). (S.O. H. 133A.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 113014, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of January, 1942.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a police residence subject to the right of the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as to street formation created by Transfer No. 68801, Wellington Registry; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the ninth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.
