The Kaponga Commodities Delivery Notice 1942.

PURSUANT to Regulation 4 of the Delivery Emergency Regulations 1942,* the Minister of Transport doth hereby give notice as follows :—

This notice may be cited as the Kaponga Commodities Delivery Notice 1942.

This notice shall come into force on the seventh day after the date of publication thereof in the Gazette.

The scheme set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby provided for the said district.

SCHEDULE.
THE KAPONGA COMMODITIES DELIVERY SCHEME, 1942.
(1) FOR the purposes of this scheme, unless the context otherwise requires,—
“ The district ” means the area within a radius of one mile from the Chief Post-office, Kaponga :
“ Wholesale purchaser ” means a person who purchases commodities for resale or for transport to an area outside the district, or for consumption at a military camp, hotel, hospital, or similar institution requiring large supplies of commodities daily :
“ Commodities ” means bread and meat.
(2) It shall be a condition of this scheme that the commodities shall be delivered within the district to the premises of wholesale purchasers only.
(3) The names and addresses of the vendors who are parties to this scheme are as follows :—
Messrs. Varcoe and Phillips, Bakers, Eltham Road, Kaponga.
Michael Scanlon, Butcher, Eltham Road, Kaponga.
Richard Ellis Williams, Butcher, Eltham Road, Kaponga.

THE GERALDINE COMMODITIES DELIVERY SCHEME, 1942.
(1) FOR the purposes of this scheme, unless the context otherwise requires,—
“ The district ” means the area within a radius of two miles from the Chief Post-office, Geraldine :
“ Wholesale purchaser ” means a person who purchases commodities for resale or for transport to an area outside the district or for consumption at a military camp, hotel, hospital, or similar institution requiring large supplies daily :
“ Commodities ” mean bread, meat, fruit, and vegetables.
(2) It shall be a condition of this scheme that commodities shall be delivered within the district to the premises of wholesale purchasers only.

The scheme set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby provided for the district described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
THE TAIHAPE COMMODITIES DELIVERY SCHEME, 1942.
(1) FOR the purposes of this scheme, unless the context otherwise requires,—
“ The district ” means the area of the Taihape Borough, with the addition of the Railway Farm Settlement and Winiata as far as the first bridge south of Taihape :
“ Commodities ” means bread, meat, fruit, and vegetables :
“ Wholesale purchaser ” means a person who purchases commodities for resale or for transport to an area outside the district or for consumption at a military camp, hotel, hospital, or similar institution requiring large supplies of the commodities daily.
(2) It shall be a condition of this scheme that the commodities shall be delivered within the district to the premises of wholesale purchasers only.
(3) The names and addresses of the vendors who are parties to this scheme are as follows :—

THE WELLINGTON AND HUTT VALLEY AREA MEAT DELIVERY SCHEME, 1942.
(1) FOR the purposes of this scheme, unless the context otherwise requires,—
“ The district ” means the area of the cities of Wellington and Lower Hutt, the boroughs of Eastbourne and Petone, and the Town District of Johnsonville as at present constituted :
“ Wholesale purchaser ” means a person who purchases meat for resale or for transport to an area outside the district or for consumption at a military camp, hotel, hospital, or similar institution requiring large supplies of meat daily.
(2) It shall be a condition of this scheme that meat shall be delivered within the district to the premises of wholesale purchasers only.
