A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 29·9 perches.
Being part Allotment 17, Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland.

Situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District (Borough of One Tree Hill) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 32637.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 115458, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of December, 1942.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, and section five of the Housing Amendment Act, 1940, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Situated in Waimana Parish, Block II, Whakatane Survey District (Auckland R.D.).

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked P.W.D. 115755 and P.W.D. 115756, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, and coloured as above mentioned thereon.

Leasehold Interest in Land taken for a Public Work in Block X, Waitemata Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the estate of leasehold in the land described in the Schedule hereto held by Alfred George Frankham, of Auckland, from His Majesty the King, by virtue of an unregistered lease for a term of five years from the twenty-fifth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, is hereby taken for a public work; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.
