Portion of Dacre Court, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the
Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject
to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 25th day of November,
1942.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public
Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anywise enabling
him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City
Council on the twenty-eighth day of September, one thousand
nine hundred and forty-two, viz. :—
“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority
having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution
declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-
eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the
north-western side of the portion of Dacre Court adjoining
Lots 1 and 2, Township of Caversham Rise, D.P. 169, such
land being comprised and described in Certificates of Title
44/206 and 130/214 ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-western
side of the portion of Dacre Court (described in the Schedule hereto)
within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the
said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE north-western side of all that portion of street situated in the
Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Dacre Court,
fronting Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 169, Township of Caversham Rise, being
parts Section 7, Block VI, Town District. As the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 115459, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured red.

Cancelling the Reservation over a Reserve in Town of Ohura,
Taranaki Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 25th day of November,
1942.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section
seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks
Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for a site for public
buildings of the General Government over the land described
in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the
said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available
for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section
forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National
Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
Arthur Edward Bellamy,
Alexander Robert Lindbom,
Benjamin Watkins,
James Edward Stokes,
Charles King Millar,
Frederick William Baillie, and
William McBean
to be the Cobden Domain Board, having control of the land described
in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the
second day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two,
at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Fire-brigade Room,
Cobden, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be
held.

RESERVE No. 44, Block IV, Cobden Survey District : Area, 8 acres
1 rood 24 perches.
