BANKRUPTCY NOTICE.
In Bankruptcy.—In the Supreme Court of New Zealand.
NOTICE is hereby given that CHARLES FREDERICK NEWTON, of Hastings, Factory Hand, was this day adjudged bankrupt, and I hereby summon a meeting of creditors to be held at the Courthouse, Hastings, on Wednesday, the 18th day of November, 1942, at 2 o’clock p.m.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

EVIDENCE having been lodged of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of mortgage No. 191142, in the name of EDWARD PERCIVAL LAMBERT, of Wellington, Public Accountant, as mortgagee, affecting 16·1 perches, more or less, being part of Sections 621 and 622, City of Wellington, and being all the land in certificate of title, Vol. 151, folio 230 (Wellington Registry), and application having been made to me to register a transfer exercising power of sale without production of the said mortgage, I hereby give notice that it is my intention to dispense with production of the said mortgage under section 40 of the Land Transfer Act, 1915, and to register such transfer as requested after fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
