Price Order No. 61.
IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon the Price Tribunal by the Control of Prices Emergency Regulations 1939, and with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, the Price Tribunal hereby makes the following Price Order :
- This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 61.
- The maximum price at which used milk-cans of any capacity usual in the dairy industry may be sold at any place within the Province of Auckland, and whether the sale be by public auction or by private contract, shall be not more than the original price of the milk-can reduced by 5 per cent. of that price for each six months or part of six months elapsed since the date of its purchase as a new milk-can : Provided, however, that where the vendor is required to deliver to the purchaser the reasonable cost of delivery (if any) may be added.
Dated at Wellington, this 28th day of November, 1941.
