resolution passed by the Wanganui City Council on the twenty-fourth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, viz. :
“That the Wanganui City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wanganui, by resolution hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the south-eastern side of the portion of London Street adjoining part of Lot 22, Deeds Plan 15, being part Section 20, Right Bank, Wanganui River, Block III, Westmere Survey District ”;
the side and portion of street being described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
THE south-eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wanganui, known as London Street, fronting Lot 22, Deeds Plan 15, being part Section 20, Right Bank, Wanganui River. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 112312, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The South-eastern Side of Portion of Coburn Avenue and the North-eastern Side of Portion of Selwyn Street, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 26th day of November, 1941.
Present :
THE HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the fifteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, viz. :
“That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the undermentioned portions of streets, viz. :
“(a) The south-eastern side of the portion of Coburn Avenue adjoining Lot 58, D.P. 162, Township of Selwyn Extension ;
“(b) The north-eastern side of the portion of Selwyn Street adjoining Lots 57 and 58, D.P. 162, Township of Selwyn Extension,
such land being comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Register-book, Volume 42, folio 229 ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of the portion of Coburn Avenue or the north-eastern side of the portion of Selwyn Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.

THE south-eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Coburn Avenue, fronting Lot 58, and the north-eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the said land district and city, known as Selwyn Street, fronting Lots 57 and 58, D.P. 162, Township of Selwyn Extension. As the said portions of streets are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 112346, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

“The Takaka County Council, being the local authority having the control of the roads in the County of Takaka, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the south-eastern side of Hamama Road adjoining part Section 127, Takaka District, Block III, Takaka Survey District, and contained in Certificate of Title, Volume 66, folio 284 ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of portion of Hamama Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.
