Additional Land between Amokura and Whangamarino taken
for the Purposes of the Kaipara–Waikato Railway, and
for Road-diversion in connection therewith.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use,
convenience, and enjoyment of the Kaipara–Waikato
Railway to take further land between Amokura and Whanga-
marino in addition to land previously acquired for the
purposes of the said railway; and to take land for road-
diversion in connection therewith :
Now, therefore, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the
powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-
four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act,
1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise
enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for the purposes above mentioned.

All being in the Parish of Whangamarino, and situated in
Blocks VI, X, and XI, Maramarua Survey District, Waikato
County.

In the Auckland Land District ; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as
above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister
of Railways at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of
November, 1941.

section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, and section five
of the Housing Amendment Act, 1940, I, Cyril Louis Norton
Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in
the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street :
1 rood 3·05 perches.
Being part Lot 1, D.P. 30102, being part Allotment 237,
Mangapiko Parish.

Situated in Block VI, Puniu Survey District (Borough of

deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
