EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 339, folio 257 (Wellington Registry), for 19·9 perches, more or less, situate in the City of Wanganui, being part of Manawakowara No. 3 Block, Putiki Native Reserve, and being also Lot 51 on Deposited Plan No. 5464, in the name of SAMUEL KIRKLAND, of Napier, Electrical Engineer, having been lodged with me together with an application for a provisional certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such provisional certificate of title after fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
