Position: Lat., 37° 03′ S; long., 174° 33′ E. (approx.).
Alteration: The rear leading beacon light is now visible from 031° through east to 110°.
Chart affected: No. 2726.

Including Additional Land in the Hauraki Development Scheme.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be included in the Hauraki Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area of land in the Waikato-Maniapoto Native Land Court District containing 117 acres 0 roods 2 perches, more or less, being Section 4, Block IV, Tairua Survey District, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Vol. 710, folio 127, Auckland Registry, saving and excepting all minerals within the meaning of the Land Act, 1924, on or under the said land.

Variation of a Notice including Additional Lands in the Mangonui Development Scheme.

THE Board of Native Affairs, pursuant to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the First Schedule hereto, the notice dated the 24th day of August, 1938, and published in Gazette No. 63 of the 25th day of the same month at page 1917, and pursuant to subsection (1) of section 4 of such Act hereby declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of such Act, and to be included in the Mangonui Development Scheme.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

ALL that area of land in the Tokerau Native Land Court District containing 306 acres 0 roods 10 perches, more or less, situate in Block XVI, Muriwhenua Survey District, and called or known as Parengarenga 3c, being formerly known as Parengarenga 3 (part) and Parengarenga 5B 2 (part).
