A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road :—

Situated in Block XIII, Omapere Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 28327.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111492, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of November, 1941.

Declaring that Portions of the Banks of the Mangatainoka River shall be protected.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section two hundred and seven of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the portions of the banks of the Mangatainoka River described in the Schedule hereto shall be protected.

SCHEDULE.
ALL those portions of the banks of the Mangatainoka River within a distance of 50 chains above and 10 chains below the bridge over the said river known as the Mangatainoka Bridge. In the Wellington Land District; as the site of the said bridge is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 72633, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of November, 1941.

Declaring certain Crown Land to be subject to Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936 (Mangonui Development Scheme).

A PROCLAMATION.
PURSUANT to section five of the Native Purposes Act, 1939, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area of land situated in the Mangonui County, containing by admeasurement 85 acres 1 rood 35 perches, more or less, being Section 27, Block VII, Opoe Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan lodged at the office of the Chief Surveyor for North Auckland, under No. 28145L, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of November, 1941.
