General has, in pursuance of the provisions of the
Fisheries Act, 1908, and of the Official Appointments and
Documents Act, 1919, appointed
Robert Aaron Dixon, of Taylorville,
Thomas Casey, of Okarito, and
Michael James Wilson, of Kumara,
to be officers for the purposes of Part II of the first-mentioned
Act in respect of the Westland Acclimatization District.

to be an Inspector of Sea-fishing for the purposes of Part I
of the first-mentioned Act.

and exercise of the powers vested in him by the
National Service Emergency Regulations 1940, has been
pleased to appoint
Francis James Tercel
as a deputy member of the No. 1A Armed Forces Appeal
Board with headquarters at Whangarei, as from 22nd October,
1941, such person to hold office during pleasure.

to be Registrar of Births and Deaths of Maoris at Waihi for
the purposes of the Maori Births and Deaths Registration
Regulations 1935, on and from the 10th day of November,
