EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 446, folio 159 (Auckland Registry), for Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 16992, being portion of Allotment 13 of Section 6 of the Suburbs of Auckland, whereof JEAN WATSON GARROWAY, of Auckland, Spinster, and THE NEW ZEALAND INSURANCE COMPANY, LIMITED, are registered proprietors, having been lodged with me together with an application for a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, and evidence of the loss of Memorandum of Mortgage No. 122200 affecting part of Allotment 305 of the Parish of Waikomiti and being the balance of the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 43, folio 137 (Auckland Registry), given by Mary Philomena Hagin, as mortgagor, and now in favour of HENRY STANLEY WAGSTAFF, of New Plymouth, Company Manager, WILLIAM ERIC WAGSTAFF, of Auckland, Electrical Contractor, and JOHN McKENZIE WILSON, of Auckland, Company Manager, as mortgagees, having been lodged with me together with an application for a provisional mortgage in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title and provisional mortgage after fourteen days from 6th November, 1941.
