Additional Land taken for an Aerodrome in Block XV, Orahiri Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an aerodrome; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-seventh day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

Situated in Block XV, Orahiri Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 31636.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 112606, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of October, 1941.

Revoking a Proclamation taking Land for the Purposes of Linen-flax Development (Balclutha Factory) in Block XXII, Clutha Survey District, subject to certain Rights.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the twenty-ninth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 62 of the thirty-first day of the same month, at page 2215, taking land for the purposes of linen-flax development (Balclutha Factory), subject to the rights created by memorandum of transfer registered in the Land Registry Office at Dunedin as No. 128489.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of October, 1941.

In the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111277, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of October, 1941.
