2nd Lieutenant E. E. Jenkinson, 8th Company (Gisborne), relinquishes the temporary rank of Lieutenant, and is granted the temporary rank of Captain. Dated 12th September, 1941.
Charles James Lindsay Mollison to be 2nd Lieutenant (temp.), and is posted to the 19th Company (Oamaru). Dated 1st June, 1941.
N.Z. ARMY SERVICE CORPS.
Major H. J. Hobbs, from the Reserve of Officers, Corps of N.Z. Engineers, to be Major (temp.), and is appointed to command the 2nd Reserve Mechanical Transport Company. Dated 1st April, 1941.
Major (temp.) H. J. Hobbs relinquishes command of the 2nd Reserve Mechanical Transport Company, and is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, Class I (b), Area 5. Dated 1st September, 1941.
William Fairchild Marsh to be 2nd Lieutenant (temp.), and is posted to the 1st Composite Company. Dated 1st September, 1941.
N.Z. MEDICAL CORPS.
Captain S. J. Thompson, M.B., Ch.B., ceases to be attached to the Manawatu Mounted Rifles, and is seconded to the Royal N.Z. Air Force. Dated 1st August, 1941.
Captain (temp. Major) T. H. Pettit, M.B., Ch.B., is appointed to Command the 9th Field Ambulance. Dated 11th June, 1941.
Major F. D. Pinfold, E.D., M.D., ceases to be attached to the 1st Battalion, The Waikato Regiment, and is posted to the 8th Field Ambulance. Dated 25th September, 1941.
Major J. A. Paterson, M.B., Ch.B., ceases to be attached to the 1st Signals Company, N.Z. Corps of Signals, and is posted to the 1st Field Ambulance. Dated 25th September, 1941.
Major E. P. Spencer, M.B., Ch.B., ceases to be attached to the 1st Field Company, Corps of N.Z. Engineers, and is posted to the 1st Field Ambulance. Dated 25th September, 1941.
Captain H. C. Tod, M.B., Ch.B., is posted to the 8th Field Ambulance. Dated 25th September, 1941.

OFFICERS STRUCK OFF THE STRENGTH OF THE 2ND N.Z. EXPEDITIONARY FORCE.
Captain A. O. T. Chamberlain is struck off the strength of the 2nd N.Z.E.F., dated 7th September, 1941, is posted to the N.Z. Temporary Staff in the rank of Lieutenant, and is appointed Platoon Commander, Guards, Vital Points, Northern Military District. Dated 8th September, 1941.
Lieutenant J. Osborne is struck off the strength of the 2nd N.Z.E.F., is posted to the N.Z. Temporary Staff in the rank of Lieutenant, and is posted for duty with the Guards, Vital Points, Central Military District, surplus to establishment. Dated 8th October, 1941.
N.Z. MEDICAL CORPS.
Captain G. R. Kingston, M.D., F.R.C.S. (Edin.), is struck off the strength of the 2nd N.Z.E.F., and is posted to the Reserve of Officers, N.Z. Medical Corps, Southern Military District. Dated 13th October, 1941.
