Leasehold Estates or Interests in Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block I, Hillend Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate or interest in the land described in the First Schedule hereto, held from His Majesty the King by William Robson Willocks under and by virtue of Memorandum of Lease No. 8176, Otago Registry, for a term of twenty-one years from the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, and the leasehold estate or interest in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from His Majesty the King by Ralph Douglas Willocks by virtue of Memorandum of Lease No. 7800, Otago Registry, for a term of twenty-one years from the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, are hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of October, 1941.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate or interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto held from His Majesty the King by Hugh MacDonald, of Invercargill, Engineer, under and by virtue of Lease No. 7450, Southland Registry, for a term of twenty-one years from the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, is hereby taken for a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Southland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the leasehold estate or interest is taken: 35 perches.
Being Lot 1, D.P. 2537, part Section 23.
Situated in Block I, Invercargill Hundred (City of Invercargill) (Southland R.D.).
In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 108422, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of October, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 6 acres 0 roods 39Β·8 perches.
Being part Section 23.
Situated in Block XV, Huiroa Survey District (Taranaki R.D.). (S.O. 7946.)
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111509, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of October, 1941.
