Notice to Persons affected by an Application for a License under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.
Taking of Fish for Sale.
AN application has been received from D. Wilson, Scotland Street, Picton, for an extension of his existing license covering the taking of fish for sale by means of the fishing-vessel “Lister Maris,” PN. 16, using purse-seine (bait) nets, set-nets, drag-nets, long-lines, and hand-lines, catches being landed at French Pass, Paremata, Nelson, Picton, and Wellington, so as to permit the use of trawl-nets, such nets to be operated in waters between Cape Campbell and Cape Farewell, and Cape Palliser and Cape Egmont.
Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau of Industry on this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish them in writing not later than the 23rd October, 1941.
