As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/5/298A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Cancelling the Reservation over a Reserve in the Town of Ohakune, Wellington Land District.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 1st day of October, 1941.

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for public buildings over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

Changing the Purpose of a Reserve in Hukatere Survey District, North Auckland Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 1st day of October, 1941.

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve duly set apart for a post-office site: And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for recreation purposes:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928; doth hereby declare that the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for a post-office site to a reserve for recreation purposes.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 1st day of October, 1941.

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the North Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of, and declared to be subject to, the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Oratia Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 2 acres 0 roods 20 perches, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 19309, being part Allotment 14, Parish of Waikomiti, Block II, Titirangi Survey District, and being part of the land described in Certificate of Title, Volume 439, folio 244, Auckland Registry. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/1098A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Vesting the Control of a Reserve for Aerodrome Purposes in the Maniototo County Council.

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS, the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for aerodrome purposes: And whereas it is expedient that the control of the said reserve should be vested in the Maniototo County Council:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section seventeen of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby vest the control of the said reserve in the Maniototo County Council.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.
SECTIONS 37 and 1541B, Block I, Town of Ranfurly: Area, 13 acres 2 roods 29ยท9 perches, more or less.
