Crown Land set apart for the Greymouth-Hokitika Railway
in Blocks XII and XVI, Greymouth Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby set apart for the Greymouth-Hokitika
Railway; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the sixth day of October, one
thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart:
35·8 perches.

Being closed road adjoining Railway Reserve and Section
3028.

Situated in Blocks XII and XVI, Greymouth Survey
District (Westland R.D.). (S.O. 4256.)

In the Westland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111482,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of
September, 1941.

District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I do hereby declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
sixth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and
forty-one.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 1 acre
1 rood 38 perches.

Being part Section 17.

Situated in Block VI, Otanake Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 30682.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more parti-
cularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 108018,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of
September, 1941.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis
Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described
in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as
road:—

A. B. P. Being
0 0 24·6 Part Section 105; coloured blue.
0 0 6·4 Part Makarewa River-bed; coloured sepia.
0 1 10·6 Part Section 110; coloured orange.

Situated in Block XV, Forest Hill Hundred (Southland
R.D.). (S.O. 5569.)

In the Southland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111857,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under
the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of September,
1941.
