The Western Side of Portion of Vincent Street, in the City of Auckland, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of September, 1941.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Auckland City Council on the tenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, in so far as it affects the side and the portion of street described in the Schedule hereto, viz.:
"The Auckland City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the portion of Vincent Street adjoining Allotment 18 and part 17, Section 30, City of Auckland, C.T. 715/265";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the western side of the portion of Vincent Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE western side of all that portion of street situated in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, known as Vincent Street, fronting land on D.P. 28599, being Allotment 18 and part Allotment 17, Section 30, City of Auckland. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111749, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Setting apart Native Land as a Native Reservation.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 17th day of September, 1941.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
PURSUANT to section five of the Native Purposes Act, 1937, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby set apart and reserve the Native freehold land described in the Schedule hereto as a Native Reservation for the common use of the members of the Whanau-a-Ngatirangi hapu as a meeting-place and place of worship.
