A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of street described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of street closed : 2·3 perches.
Adjoining part Lot B, D.P. 1204, being part Section 132.
Situation in Block XVI, Tokomairiro Survey District (Borough of Milton). (S.O. 9271.)
In the Otago Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 112188, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of September, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.
