Declaring a Portion of Railway Land at Turakina to be Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newell, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 3 acres 21 perches. Part Railway land in Proclamation 128, and being part Ruatangata Block, Block XV, Ikitara Survey District (Rangitikei County). (S.O. 20708.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 6543, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of September, 1941.

Additional Land at Wanganui taken for the Purposes of the Foxton — New Plymouth Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Foxton — New Plymouth Railway to take further land at Wanganui in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway :
Now, therefore, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

0 0 4·6 Part Taupo Quay, adjoining Railway land in Proclamation 200; coloured green.
Situated in Block V, Westmere Survey District, City of Wanganui. (S.O. 20705.)

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the South Island Main Trunk Railway.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 1 rood 3·5 perches.
Being part Section 22, being part Reserve A, Waipapa.
