ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 17th day of September, 1941.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council become Government road.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-eight of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
The Waihi Borough Council
to be the Orokawa Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the seventeenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Waihi Borough Council Chambers, Waihi, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
OROKAWA DOMAIN.—AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Ohinemuri County containing by admeasurement 655 acres 2 roods, more or less, being part Lot 1 on D.P. 22757, being Waihi No. 1 Block and parts Waihi No. 2 Block, situated in Block III, Waihi North Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 4/888A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland plan S.O. 30596.)
