Revoking a Proclamation taking Land for the Development of Water-power (Ngongotaha Substation) in Block XVI, Rotorua Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the twenty-fourth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 44 of the twenty-ninth day of the same month, at page 1466, taking land for the development of water-power (Ngongotaha Substation) in Block XVI, Rotorua Survey District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of September, 1941.

Revoking a Proclamation taking Land for the Purposes of a Gravel-pit in Block XV, Huiroa Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the thirtieth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 34 of the fifth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, at page 1061, taking land for the purposes of a gravel-pit in Block XV, Huiroa Survey District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of September, 1941.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 2 roods.
Being Part Lot 12, D.P. 7048, being part Okoheriki 1n North Block.
Situated in Block XVI, Rotorua Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 31008.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 108932, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of September, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 4·6 perches.
Being part land in Proclamation 102, being part Section 8, Harbour District.
Situated in Block XII, Belmont Survey District. (S.O. 20490.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 109619, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of September, 1941.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-second day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
