Land taken for the Purposes of Linen-flax Development
(Woodlands Factory) in Block VI, Mabel Hundred.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of linen-flax development (Woodlands Factory); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-second day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 57 acres 3 roods 4 perches.
Being part Lot 25, D.P. 115, being part Section 63.
Situated in Block VI, Mabel Hundred (Southland R.D.).
In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 112166, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of September, 1941.

Land taken for a Plant and Machinery Depot in the Borough of Tauranga.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a plant and machinery depot, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Tauranga as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-second day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 19 perches.
Being Allotment 352 of Section 1, Town of Tauranga (Borough of Tauranga).
Situated in Block X, Tauranga Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30424.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111988, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of September, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a gravel-pit; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the nineteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of September, 1941.
