Land taken for Road in Block III, Maketu Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken :-

A. R. P. Being
0 1 20-3 Part Lot 4, D.P. 29440, being part Pukai-
0 0 8-4 ngataru B No. 8 Block.

Situated in Block III, Maketu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 28796.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 106360, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of September, 1941.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 110719, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured purple, edged purple.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of September, 1941.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 112034, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Revoking a Proclamation taking Land for the Purposes of an Automatic-telephone Exchange in the Borough of New Plymouth.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the thirteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 118, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, at page 2530, and registered in the Land Registry Office at New Plymouth as No. 1398, taking land for the purposes of an automatic-telephone exchange in the Borough of New Plymouth.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of May, 1941.
