A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road hereby stopped:—
A. B. P. Adjoining or passing through

Situated in Block XI, Woodville Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 1226, green.)
In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 105086, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of September, 1941.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 2 roods.
Being Sections 1 and 3, Block XXV, Opunake Township.
Situated in Block IX, Opunake Survey District.
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plans marked P.W.D. 31639 and 31297 respectively, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of September, 1941.

Leasehold Estate or Interest in Land in Blocks III and XII, Waitahuna West Survey District, taken for the Purposes of Linen-flax Development (Clydevale Factory).

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate or interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from His Majesty the King by Alexander Hyslop under and by virtue of Lease in Perpetuity 1878, Volume 138, folio 146, Otago Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of linen-flax development (Clydevale Factory); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twelfth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the leasehold estate or interest is taken: 29 acres 2 roods 37 perches.
Being Section 59A and part Section 52A, Greenfield Settlement.
Situated in Blocks III and XII, Waitahuna West Survey District (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 9269.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 112200, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of September, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a State highway depot; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 0 roods 25·8 perches.
Being part Lot 1, D.P. 11827, being part Block III, Rangitikei District.
Situated in Block XI, Rangitoto Survey District. (S.O. 20754.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111933, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of September, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, the Iron and Steel Industry Act, 1937, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the establishment of iron and steel works and subsidiary undertakings; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 4 acres 2 roods 5 perches.
Being part Section 76, Milnthorpe Suburban.
Situated in Block I, Waitapu Survey District. (S.O. 9027.)
