Marton Milk Delivery Scheme 1941, approved.

Wellington, 23rd August, 1941.

PURSUANT to Regulation 3 of the Delivery Emergency Regulations 1940, the Minister of Supply, being satisfied that all the vendors of milk (otherwise than by sale over the counter) in the district specified in the scheme referred to in the Schedule hereto are parties to the scheme or have been given an opportunity of becoming parties thereto, doth hereby approve the said scheme.


SCHEDULE.

MARTON MILK DELIVERY SCHEME 1941.

  1. “THE agreement” means the agreement dated the 20th day of June, 1941, between the persons described below, a copy of which is deposited in the Head Office of the Transport Department at Wellington, and is marked “Marton Agreement.”

  2. “The scheme” means the scheme described in the agreement so far as it provides for regulation of deliveries of milk and cream.

  3. This notice shall come into operation on the day following the date of its publication in the Gazette.

  4. The names and addresses of the vendors of milk and cream who are parties to the scheme are as follows:—

E. R. Klitscher, Marton.
L. F. B. Klitscher, Marton.
B. G. Bensemann, Marton.
T. C. Little, Marton.
H. C. Little, Marton.
H. W. Gudopp, Marton.

Notice of Intention to take Land for Road in Block VI, Kumeu Survey District.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to execute a certain public work—to wit, the construction of a road—and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken: And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Woodhill and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Public Works at Wellington,


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land required to be taken: 15 perches.

Being part Pukekauwere No. 1 Block.

Situated in Block VI, Kumeu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 31707.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 110643, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Notice of Intention to take Land for Housing Purposes in the Borough of One Tree Hill.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, and section 32 of the Statutes Amendment Act, 1936, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for housing purposes: And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Green Lane and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land required to be taken: 1 rood 15·8 perches.

Being part Lot 33, D.P. 3855, being part Allotment 10, Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland.

Exemption Order under the Transport Legislation Emergency Regulations 1940.

PURSUANT to the Transport Legislation Emergency Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport doth hereby order and declare that the provisions of clause (1) of Regulation 7 of the Motor-drivers Regulations 1940, so far as they relate to drivers of heavy trade-motors, shall not apply to Harry Frederick Fairhurst, of Rahotu.

Dated at Wellington, this 25th day of August, 1941.
