NOTICE is hereby given that a meeting of Symonds Street Lights, Limited (in liquidation), will be held at the registered office of the company, Post Office Building, Upper Symonds Street, Auckland, at 5 p.m. on Monday, 8th September, 1941, to consider my report and accounts and to determine what should be done with the company's books and records.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 13th day of August, 1941, presented to the said Court by the Attorney-General for the Dominion of New Zealand, Wellington, acting on behalf of His Majesty the King and by G. Methven and Co., Limited, of Dunedin, Mechanical Engineers; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Dunedin on the 3rd day of September, 1941, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon, and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

CHANGE OF NAME.

K NOW all men by these presents (which are intended to be enrolled in the office of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Auckland) that I, the undersigned JAMES LEONARD TALBOT, of Opotiki, in the Provincial District of Auckland, Share-milker, and sometimes called JAMES LEONARD KEITH WEST, do hereby absolutely remove and abandon the use of my said name of James Leonard Keith West and in lieu thereof assume and adopt the name of James Leonard Talbot, and for the purpose of evidencing such change of name I hereby declare that I shall at all times hereafter in all records, deeds, and documents and other writings, and in all actions, suits, and proceedings, as well as in all dealings and transactions, matters, and things whatsoever, and upon all occasions use and subscribe the said name of James Leonard Talbot as my name in lieu of the name of James Leonard Keith West so abandoned as aforesaid; and I therefore expressly authorize and require all persons whomsoever at all times to designate, describe, and address me by such adopted name of James Leonard Talbot only, and to designate, describe, and address my issue by the surname of Talbot.

In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my adopted name of James Leonard Talbot, the 15th day of August, 1941.
