A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

0 0 8·40 Part Lots 42 and 43, D.P. 582, being part Section 159, Town of Wellington; coloured blue.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111476, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of August, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, and section five of the Housing Amendment Act, 1940, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 1 acre 2 roods 7·57 perches. Being part Section 36.
Situated in Block 1, Ngaere Survey District (Borough of Stratford) (Taranaki R.D.). (S.O. 7847.) In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111608, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of August, 1941.
