I HEREBY give notice that at a poll of ratepayers in the Eyre Water-race Subdivision of the Oxford County, on a proposal to raise a loan of £2,350 for constructing a new weir in the Eyre River, the following votes were recorded :—

Declaring a Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area.

PURSUANT to the Bobby Calf Marketing Regulations 1939, I, James Gillispie Barclay, Minister of Marketing, being satisfied that a sufficient majority of the producers in the area of land defined in the Schedule hereto are desirous that such area should be declared to be a pool area for the marketing of bobby calves, do hereby declare such area of land as aforesaid to be a Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area for the purpose of the said regulations under the name set out in the said Schedule; and I do hereby further declare that this notice shall take effect on the 21st day of August, 1941.

WAIMEA BOBBY CALF MARKETING POOL AREA.

ALL that area of land constituting the Waimea County with the exception of the Wanganui Riding.

ALL that area of land situated within the Waipu and Matakoao Counties, and bounded by a line commencing at the sea-coast at the boundary between the Mata and Tokomaru Survey Districts; thence following the sea-coast in a northerly and westerly direction to the western boundary of Matakoao County; thence following the said boundary and the western boundary of the Waipu County to the point where it crosses the northern boundary of Block IV, Arowhana Survey District; thence in a straight line across country to the sea-coast at the boundary between the Mata and Tokomaru Survey Districts, being the original point of commencement.
